Review on Lean Testing by Matt Simpsons

I like everything about this product but mainly its ability of creating custom fields which allows us as testers/developers in my team an easy way through it while managing our bugs using agile methodologies (Scrum). It's very fast since we have no issues at all when working online so far; also their customer support service helped me solving some problems related by different technical aspects such those mentioned below:-1.- Sometimes they are slow updating new versions or fixes2 - The search function sometimes doesn't work properly3.* Bug Tracker has been updated* User Interface improvements4*. Ability adding more filters5*, Custom Fields6*.
