My niece is 9 months old and is visiting so I wanted her to have something to keep her occupied with some toys while she is here. I bought this with the intention of sticking it to my tile floor (a children's playground surrounded by "puzzle" foam floor tiles) but unfortunately the other onlookers were right that the suction power is terrible. I used it semi-tacky once, but it's very easy to remove. The toy is very cute and I'm glad it will also work as a rattle. Overall decent but had a better section system (water helps but still not great, wet surface isn't a toy for best results). As for the packaging. I ended up bleeding from scratching my finger trying to cut that stupid thing. I highly recommend reconsidering the packaging, honestly I felt like I would stop buying products from this brand because it was so annoying to remove the packaging.
