Bought this device to connect to my MSI WS75 10tk-468us laptop. The goal was to have (1) ONE laptop connection for all devices (so I can quickly unplug and get going), PLUS (2) charge the laptop (requires 100W) via the docking station rather than the laptop charger plugged in to hold, PLUS (3 ) supports 3 external monitors. So far only point (2) has been fulfilled. I can get 2 monitors to work using the HDMI 2 and HDMI 3 ports when the dock is connected to my laptop's Thunderbolt 3 connection using the HOST 2 port. I can't get a third monitor to work through the docking station's DisplayPort. He just doesn't recognize it. I can get the third display to work by plugging it into the laptop's HDMI port, but that doesn't meet my end requirements listed above. I have connected a lot of things to FlePow: keyboard, mouse, ethernet, external webcam. , external drive, USB headset, external speakers (via headset port). All of these devices seem to be working fine. This product gets a big plus for that. I run the FlePow with a 100W PD (sold separately). The laptop charges via a Thunderbolt 3 connection, so that works well too. This is one of the reasons I bought this device as most other docking stations only support 60w. This is a really good feature for the price. Most 100W docking stations (of which there are only a few) are much more expensive. I have contacted FlePow via the support email address (thankusupport@163.com) to see if they can help with a third monitor issue. I hope they answer. I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't answer any of the questions posted here on Revain. What I like about the product: Compact design Price Connectivity (many) Support for 3 external monitors (probably) 100W charging capability What I don't like I don't like the product: Lack of clear setup documentation No explicit FlePow web presence (at least I can't find anything about it find) Can't get the 3rd monitor to work (although my graphics card supports up to 4 monitors) Update 11.06.2021 I was pleasantly surprised at a quick response from FlePow, so if you have a problem they will try to fix it for you solve. Although I sent a detailed description of the problem along with screenshots of my Nvidia control panel and Windows display settings, initially they didn't understand my situation. After several email exchanges, they finally found that Display Port didn't seem to be working. So they send me a replacement device. I'll update again as soon as I get a new block to see if that fixes the issue. I hope so because there are many things to like about this product.
