I have been using this product for a while but the last 2 shipments have been a disaster. The first bad experience was a defective black ink cartridge which exploded for me when I opened the protective plastic cover. I had black ink all over. Not good. I asked for a replacement and got a new one that worked fine. When this cartridge ran out I ordered another, problems again. My printer keeps saying that the cartridge is not installed. I thought it might be my printer so I ordered another branded black ink cartridge and it works fine. So the problem is not with the printer, but with the black cartridge. In math, you only need two points to set a trend. I have two points. I cannot recommend this brand. I recommend you to buy something else
