I had severe pain in my legs and ankles. Bought this item to make it easier. The design reminds me of a mop bucket with wheels. I love the wheels because they get heavy when water is added. but the wheels also raised the tub to an odd height so I couldn't sit on the couch and rest my legs. I used my kitchen chair which took away my comfort and relaxation. Also, the "bucket" isn't wide enough for large feet (although I think my feet are average), your feet will rest uncomfortably on the rim of the bucket and it will cut your leg. no bueno. The massagers all move at the same time, which is also not convenient. Everything is fine when first switched on, but quickly goes bad due to poor fit, height and edge of the spoon. It was also difficult to get in and out of the bucket. The only thing I really liked was the shower effect. it ran down my ankles and they felt so relieved.
