It was a very nice gift I received for 10 years. It wasn't boxed, so the pretty box was floating around the Amazon box along with everything else. It's good that they use these giant airbags to protect things. The daughter really liked the set. She made all the bracelets at once. The only issue we had was that one of the clasps on the bracelet was broken and not used at all. It sucks because there are only 4 bracelets so now she can only do 3. So we were definitely disappointed. ******* When they contacted the company to inquire about a replacement strap, they offered to ship a brand new set. Problem solved above and above! ********
