So painful! good as bedding

Digging into the knots and trigger points at the base of the skull, neck and trapezium/shoulders is really crafty. I put all my stress into it. My shoulders are hunched almost to my ears! However, after using this, I am able to relax my shoulders a little more naturally. Some might say it's uncomfortable, but for someone with neck and shoulder issues like me, I know it's going to be a little painful to dig in those spots to untie the knot before relief comes. I've been using it for 3 days and my general headaches have subsided and my neck is more mobile. A few tips: Turning your head to the side can help you sort nodes/trigger points; Bending or straightening your legs will give you different points and increase the stretch. Raise your arms straight up to increase pressure on the nodules; While seated, place the device on your neck/shoulders, then slowly lower yourself (but avoid pinching your fingers). It also helps with stretching. When I get to the point where I feel a little uneasy, I hold my position and relax, knowing he's doing what he needs to do. Today I closed my eyes and really relaxed on the device. Yes!
