Very good for cold weather coats
I have a dobe puppy. 20" neck, 26" length and 34" chest. I ordered size XXL and it fits great, although I had to move the velcro on the chest to make it tighter. It fits perfectly with his short tail and covers the neck area. He loves it. It's a very soft material, almost velvety on the outside and beautiful velor on the inside. I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to see how they describe it in inches, so I had to guess a lot.
