I am very happy with this bag! It's just the right size to carry all of my mom's stuff, but doesn't look like I'd lug around a diaper bag when I go to work or out to a nice dinner! It seems really well designed. The zipper looks nice and thick. I like that the zipper is secure against the back. There are two side pockets for masks/napkins/sunscreen and a small zipped pocket for keys etc. The pale green color is nice and I love the colorful shoulder strap which is useful too. I agree with other reviews, backpack straps fit. they slip a little, but not terribly, and they're easy to adjust. I can always sew to secure them later.
