I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I received my first device yesterday. The post that attaches to the base had holes that weren't threaded properly. I tried calling the customer service number provided to arrange a replacement part. The man answered the call after the thirtieth ring and never answered. I called back, same thing. Needless to say I wasn't satisfied. So I ended up calling Revain who ended up arranging a replacement order. I got a replacement today. It was in a damaged box but all parts were intact. The device is not of the highest quality, but I consider the price. Design wise it's a pretty good unit. But cheaply made. Instructions, as others have said, are basic. But there is a very helpful video. I assembled it in about twenty minutes. It does the job. Its best feature is the ability to spin. I have a 49 inch TV that sits on a dresser in my bedroom. The original lower legs took up the entire dresser and limited its angle. Being able to turn the TV 30 degrees towards the bed is worth every hassle I've had. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. I applaud Revain for getting it right. I think it's worth it, with caveats. It's cheap, has an innovative design, and Revain makes sure that manufacturer flaws don't become your problem. Make sure you have a ratchet, screwdriver, and Phillips screwdriver. The tools that come with it are an exercise in frustration. All in all, four stars for me.
