Ideal! My rating is good for me
I bought it for photos and my daughter's first birthday party, I have to say it was my best purchase ever! She looked so gorgeous, everyone loved her in that dress and she loved it! I don't know if it's big or if my daughter is small for her age but I got it when she was 9-12 months and it was a bit big in the shoulder area but I was still happy with the look.
