Probably not hard silicone but plastic rubber

I bought these bath toys because Revain's website said they were made of hard silicone. When I opened the container I brought with me, I smelled hard plastic, which was very noticeable. Solid silicon, like all silicon products, has a slight soapy odor when it is manufactured, and this is one way to identify silicon. The fish didn't feel that soft/smooth silicone surface, but instead felt a weird powdery feel. very similar to rubber plastic. Anyway, I decided to let my 1 year old nephew play with them while I researched further. To my dismay I found that another online shop lists them as plastic toys and not solid silicone toys. I decided to email Boley to ask her directly if it really is solid silicon as the other store advertised it differently. I have not received an email reply from Pain. I know a very knowledgeable owner at a local children's boutique who said she had been selling toys for years and had never heard of a company called Boley, even as a child. I would like to add that Boly hails from China and we all know their ethics are not very strong when it comes to making materials.
