I have 2 pr. older Softies PJs and like them very much for their soft, sweat wicking fabric. One is size L, the other XL, so I looked at the size chart for this style. For size L, I was well within the bust and waist ranges, and 2" smaller than the hip range (I am 43"/37.5"/41").Ordered L only to find waist is uncomfortably tight. The 1.25" wide elastic waist is 33" unstretched and rather stiff so it does not stretch much. The size chart says L fits 36" to 39" waists, but I think a 36" waist is as big as would be comfortable.Also, the size chart says L PJ bust fits 42" to 45" so my 43" should have fit but that felt too snug: I guess I like more ease (like in the picture). The PJ bust measured 45" so no way a 45" bust would fit comfortably.I'd rate these 5 stars for style, fabric, and workmanship, but must subtract 1 star for inaccurate size chart. I will exchange for XL and update this review.
