These yoga pants are extremely soft and comfortable. The material is very stretchy and a silky-smooth material. I wear these for working out or for running errands and they are comfortable to wear for multiple hours without them feeling heavy, hot or restrictive. I am 5’3 and 135 pounds and purchased a M after reading reviews. Honestly I could have gotten a small but I’m happy with the M too. They do ride very high on my back because I have a short torso but it helps with flattening my tummy. The pockets are deep and large enough to fit a large size iPhone without it wanting to fall out or you can even squeeze a water bottle in too. I took a close up picture to show the stitching :)
