I like that it is simple to use, easy enough for my grandmother too! It's also convenient as you can look at reviews of other providers from around your area before choosing one yourself. The only thing I dislike about bluename is their support team not being very helpful when they do respond which isn't often. If someone is having trouble uploading an image or something similar then don't worry; if there are any problems with sending out invoices etc., just contact them directly so you know what needs fixing instead of waiting days in between responses/support emails. We have been able to easily send our monthly statements via email every month without us needing to manually input all information into each client account individually.
