I've had this mouse pad for over a year now. It's cute, except when you use it on something light it leaves a mouse pad-sized yellow stain. I have a brand new white table that is now ruined because you cannot remove the stain. I'm a chemical engineer so I'm aware of some low quality rubbers that contain additives that can leach out of the polymer. The polymer used in the back of this mouse pad clearly leaches somewhat chemically, and now it's permanently migrated to my white desktop.
