As someone who struggles with extremely sensitive skin I was very nervous about trying this cleansing gel. I read a lot of reviews about how it changed lives and only a few were bad so I decided to give it a try. After using the product for a month I can add a few positives and a few negatives. On the plus side, it removes makeup well! Another plus is that it doesn't smell. It also foamed really well and left my face very soft. As for the cons, my skin turned red as soon as I started using this cleanser. I kept using it because sometimes your skin flares up with a new product because the product actually cleanses your skin. Therefore, after prolonged use, I noticed that my skin became drier than usual. I got all these spots on my cheeks and started breaking out. (I almost never break out). I stopped using cleansers to make sure this was at the root of my horrible facial problems. After going back to my old cleanser, my facial blemishes and redness were gone OVERNIGHT. So I will not buy this product again, but the packaging was exactly as pictured and sealed like the Sephora store.
