It's harder to install wireless systems, but it's worth it.

I bought 2 radio systems that turned out to be junk. Even when the distant antennas were 50 feet apart, they had a poor signal. I bought this wired system and I found it very difficult to route the cables. I ran cables across the roof next to the solar wires. I had to buy more cables to reach them. After installing and connecting everything, everything worked fine. Night vision is poor but I try not to drive at night. Cameras have a limited field of view. I usually use my mirrors to see vehicles approaching from afar, but use my cameras in traffic. I installed the side cameras on the back of my MH and the rear camera about halfway. This place gives me the best view. I placed the second camera on the back of my 24ft cargo trailer but positioned it about 4ft above the road. I use a wired connection to switch cameras. I usually pull a trailer so I don't need a camera on MH. It's very easy to hook up the rear cameras when I'm not towing a trailer.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
