In general, the case is solid and reliable EXCEPT for the "handle" for carrying. It looks like a cheap leather strap (leather?) sewn to the outside of the case, and when I say "cheap," I mean a cheap dollar wallet. DO NOT pull or rock the case by the strap, carry CAREFULLY. I received this about 20 minutes ago and that was the first thing that bothered me. That being said, if the strap breaks (and I believe it will eventually), I would trust a case to provide excellent protection for the headset. It's solid as advertised, the headset and controllers fit snugly, they have a strap to keep everything in place, and there's also a zippered pocket inside to still store accessories. Verdict: Great protective case, but the carrying handle was definitely an afterthought.
