When I first connected the HDMI cable from my Xbox Series X to this adapter, my Dell 1440p 144Hz monitor showed the message "supports 120 fps" . I was very excited. However, after about 10-15 minutes of gameplay, the display lost connection. At first I thought it was a power issue since I had it plugged into one of the Xbox's USB ports on the back, but even after switching to a fully powered USB port I still had the issue. Since the occasional loss of the display-to-monitor connection isn't an ideal situation for games like Apex Legends or Halo, I eventually got it back. π
