Review on m-hance by Josh Dyer

I like that it is intuitive with many options for customization as well! The support team are very friendly & helpful when you need them most!! It's hard at times figuring out what features they have available but after reading about each one in detail we can make an informed decision regarding which option will work best/provide value within our business needs. There isn't anything really i dislike or would wish was different other than maybe some more training provided by MSFT so people could understand how easy this tool becomes once implemented (vs previous versions). A great product if your looking into implementing CRM software - highly recommend getting quotes from multiple companies before making any decisions. We were able to track sales rep progress throughout every stage of customer interaction process allowing us greater insight over time period improving overall productivity across teams.
