Abbbree seems to have a commitment to quality. It first started out as a walkie-talkie antenna company. Among the first antennas the company made were very long (42-inch) models that were ridiculed on YouTube. But once the antennas started testing, the giggles stopped and people started noticing you. They warned against using 42-inch antennas on small UV-5R radios, explaining that long antennas could damage the radio if users aren't careful. I'm still waiting for a video of this, but while we wait, I think this mic is the best handheld mic you can buy for $$$. It's durable, lightweight, attractive and works. I just bought an orange Baofeng BF-H7 radio and this orange and black mic looks like it was made for it. The H7 is a great radio and this Abbree mic is a great addition to it. No matter what kind of radio you have, get this microphone. It works well and sounds great x
