The fan was great except the charging port is broken, causing the whole device to malfunction because you can't charge it. When I first bought this fan I had trouble charging it but while wrapping the cord around it it worked and then one day I tried to plug in the charger and the entire charging port fell into the fan. Also, I really liked the fan for my work because it's small and light, so I ordered another one and I'm having the same problem with this one, so it must be all of them. You have to plug in the charger and then move it around to charge, and in many cases I have to bend the charger back a bit and wrap it around the fan, which is very inconvenient.
