These knee pads are made of very high quality material as stated in the description. I have the medium one and it fit perfectly and gave my knee good muscle support throughout the day. Did not feel sweaty or uncomfortable and has good mobility. And I didn't even have to fix or tighten it, it stayed in place. I'm not that young anymore but I lie to sports and move constantly and mostly fast so I always tend to jerk off myself. Muscles here and there, they literally save lives sometimes. Active athlete or not, no matter what age, a pair of these sneakers should be kept in the drawer for the day when you flex those knee muscles, they are always close at hand. Kneeling, make sure to alternately apply heat and ice for 15 minutes and then put them on. And repeat in a few hours. To be honest I wanted to give it 3 stars, take away two for the price, you can buy two of these for this price. Then I managed to find the same one, exactly the same but with a different "brand" at a much higher price and "BAMM". I turned 180 degrees, added 2 stars and changed my mind. We live in a relative world and our perception changes very quickly. Everything and everything is better and more beautiful until you see something you haven't seen before. Great support for my knees when needed. Not sure how long they will last. Will update this review with usage and time.
