Review on Efficient VBENLEM Evaporator - High-Quality Stainless Boiling Unit for Enhanced Performance by Tone Hatton

Used my 2ft wide, 3ft long, 9 inch deep vaporizer for the first time yesterday. It worked great! No leaks in welds or valves. I checked it out a month ago. Fill it with water to make sure it doesn't spill, but I was still worried about what would happen if it was set on fire. No problem! I've been using three stainless steel deep steamers for the past three years, this has worked well, but I wanted to take my sugaring hobby to the next level. Doesn't matter! Much more efficient. I canned 45 gallons of juice in about 5 hours. a ball valve to which I added a 4" extension and an elbow (all 304 food grade stainless steel) to bypass the cinder block setting and control venting. It also comes with an extra 1/2" ball valve for another connection, but I added a thermostat instead. I can warmly recommend this pan to hobbyists in the garden. It arrives very well, with plenty of rigid foam packaging and thick cardboard to avoid damage during the shipping process. It got a bit dirty from the welding process, so make sure you clean it well before using it. "Sugar on.!"
