I bought this and the mint green version in a size 12. Stock 12 years old. Looks EXACTLY like the photo. The flower is loose with a pin clasp so you can choose to wear it or not. Nice cotton lining. NOT prickly. I have 2 girls who are very picky when it comes to comfort. Nothing sticks, rubs, pricks or presses. It's very flowy and cut to fit any figure. I would appreciate it if your daughter had breasts. This is not an elastic fabric.
