I love this Propet shoe. This is the third pair in the last ten years. I wore them when I worked on the floor as a nurse. For some reason, however, I found a fly in the ointment this morning. I don't know the correct names for the shoe's anatomy, but the back of the shoe, which supports the ankle and heel just below the Achilles tendon, is failing - something underneath the fabric cover has come loose and formed a hard, pointy knot that's digging into my Foot. You can't wear shoes like that. I've tried cutting the cover but to no avail in removing it. I managed to smash it with a hammer and was able to wear the show until my new ones arrived. YES, I have reordered this brand and style. I hope it was just an accident.
