I love that it's easy enough for my team of less tech savy people but there are few features we still need such automation in other areas or more tests would be great! It does have some quirks at times which can get frustrating when you're trying figure out how something works - especially if your not used with this type of tool/software before so don't expect too much help initially :).
We use servicetrace mainly during our QA stage where most errors come up here first anyway and then once fixed move through manual checks using servitracemake sure those issues dont creep back into production code again :).
