Costs money! So much fun!
My almost 4 year old BFF loves this! Enough for 2 baths (no shampoo). It didn't rub off on her pillow or clothes. We actually did this with a damp paper towel in the living room while watching TV. Her mom loved it so much she took it home to use in her own hair!
