LIGHTING NOT WORKING less than 3 months after purchase.

***LATEST UPDATE September 11, 2019**** I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Nsasy contacted me immediately to fix the problem and offered to replace the faulty shoes. I don't have the shoes nor the tracking number yet, but I will update this review to a positive one in good faith. ***Previous REVIEW 09/05/19******My daughter got them less than 3 months ago and they no longer work. She's probably worn them 10 times or less, and now they don't light up when the button is pressed. I charged them overnight and still nothing. I know the shoes are powered because when I plug them into the charger a single red light flashes as shown in the photo above, but when I unplug the charger and press the button nothing happens, which will shown in the attached file. Video. My daughter saved money and bought these shoes and now they don't work. Unfortunately. I know the shoes are getting power because when I plug them into the charger, there is a single flashing red light as shown in the photo above, but when I unplug the charger and press the button nothing happens that is in the attached file is displayed.
