Hopefully Marathon follows up on these reviews. I have just received two of these straps - one should be 22mm x 11" and the other 20mm x 11". I was expecting the length to be the same for both (11 inches) with the only difference being the width. As you can see in the photo, 20mm is 9-3/4 inch without buckle and 22mm is 10-3/4 inch without buckle. So none of them meet the 11-inch specification. what i thought i ordered. As it turns out, 9-3/4in. The strap length of 20mm is PERFECT for me, so no problem with that. But the 22mm strap is too long. It would also be ideal if it was the same length as 20mm. So my question is why is there a difference and how do I get the length I need (20mm band length is 9-3/4 inches, no buckle, on a 22mm band). That issue aside, I'd give these straps a 5+ and am keeping both for now, so I'm hoping Marathon can fix this issue.
