Virtually no padding either on or along the sole of the shoe. Difficult. I had worn about three months before the soles of my feet started killing me. Rubbed completely through the insole where the sole of my foot appears to be resting on the rubber on the outsole of the shoe. They really didn't put any padding in these shoes at all. Difficult. Maybe that's to be expected from a younger model? Maybe you only get pumps worn for 3 months? You get what you pay for but luckily I didn't pay much at all. I feel sorry for those who paid the retail price for these villains. Maybe replacement insoles will solve my problem - and I might think about it in the future when I return to these shoes - but for now I've given up this Mamba-Jumba. I went with Defiant Bounce (more cushioning) but it also lacked durability. In the future I will be looking at other pump brands like Babolat or Nike's Rafa shoes as adidas let me down in terms of durability. I will not buy again.
