The best jacket for me is vests
After decades of buying down jackets and other coats that were too warm for me, I realized that I was using a vest and it was the best purchase. The reasonably priced sweatshirt lining and hood feels so soft and warm, and being a vest means I have cooler hands to walk in cold weather without an uncomfortable sweat. It's just a bit bulky for a regular sized hangar and I wish it had a loop to hang it on a hook.
