If I hadn't found a way to pair this controller with Windows via Bluetooth I would give it one star. This model is meant to connect to a PC via the included 2.4GHz dongle, but I couldn't keep it connected to the dongle. The key was not recognized on my Linux PCs either. However, it connects to all my Windows and/or Linux PCs via Bluetooth. It works very well, stays connected and has no noticeable lag. There are no instructions on how to do this in the small manual that comes with the package or that you can download online. The Windows/Linux connection method is as follows: Windows/Linux devices: Press and hold "X + HOME" keys on iPega gamepad, open Bluetooth on your devices, search for "gamepad model", connect it. For games on Windows and Linux, you usually have to map the controls for each game or emulator in the appropriate configuration settings. This single controller works with my windows pc, linux pc and my android tv box. I have no idea if it works with IOS and I don't care as I will never use IOS. My main computer stayed connected and worked with no issues. After a few days, it goes into a constant cycle of connecting and disconnecting. On my main PC via Bluetooth it's completely unusable at the moment. I was never able to connect it to my computer using the USB dongle that came with it. I still use it today as it continues to work flawlessly on my Android TV boxes and Linux PCs. This can be an issue with that particular PC, but other bluetooth gaming pads can connect to that PC with no problem and stay connected to it. UPDATE 9/12/19: I gave up and opened the second one I bought. It stays connected and reconnects as soon as I turn it on. Looks like my first was a lemon. He comes back.
