Review on πŸ•°οΈ Casio Women's BGA110-7B Baby-G Shock-Resistant White Sport Watch: Enhancing Style and Performance through Quality by Tracy Clark

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Analogue and digital. 5 alerts. Water resistant to 100 meters and G-Shock. Price

Bought as a gift. The recipient liked it. Exactly what she needed. Affordable price, analog hands, digital displays, overload protection, water resistance to medium distances (100 meters), five alarm clocks and an hourly chime (great because she has to take medication several times a day), a countdown timer and a stopwatch (useful for her training) . World Time is useful when you need to move between time zones regularly. The watch was no more difficult to set up than my own Casio G-Shock men's watch. The interface is serial. For me it was even interesting because you set the time zone and time digitally and then the hands move by themselves to synchronize with the digital time. Agree with other reviews that the next version of this Casio watch should have an EL backlight, Tritium Phosphorus hands or a better way to illuminate the hands and digital displays for easier reading in the dark, but if you have the Watch tilt when you illuminate it, it's easier to read. A solid solar panel would also make sense for the next version, but the price of this particular watch is exceptionally good. It can withstand water impact, shock and abuse during swimming and training. Really good price. Update on my review: January 16, 2019 - I sent the watch back as it no longer worked for the woman I gave it to. Analog hands are not in sync with digital time. The hands of the clock showed 10:45 at 13:05. Cannot reset or resync. Revain returns the money. I have owned many Casios over the decades and they have all been exceptionally reliable. It was the second ever to fail. I will replace it with another model. I deduct one star.
