We went on a trip and I forgot the dog hammock for the back seats. It rained almost the whole time so the backseat was covered in mud and red clay. I didn’t think it was ever going to come clean, but to my surprise it came right up with water and a damp cloth. Our Belgian Malanois requires vigorous exercise, but we live in an apartment. So prior to this past week, our dogs are loaded into the car twice a day to run them on the trails. For the past 6 months these seat covers have taken a real beating from two large dogs and have held up well. I’d imagine they will last for years under ordinary conditions. It was not easy installing them, but definitely worth it. My only complaint is that I still haven’t figured out how to get the seatbelts to latch in the back seat with these covers.
