UPDATE: After my initial review, I finally got a response from Jaybird, who sent me a new pair of headphones for free. Once they started talking to me they were pretty efficient in customer service which was nice. I changed my rating from one star to 3 stars mainly because the company handled the issue well. I would not buy these headphones again. The sound quality wasn't amazing, but acceptable for a workout. A charge lasted several days initially - I could typically get about 5 workouts from them before needing a charge, or about 6 hours of use. A few weeks ago the noise went away here and there but it kept coming back so I ignored it. Then a few days ago I fully charged the battery, used the headphones once for an hour, threw them in the gym bag and when I tried to use them the next day, they were dead - no light. I put it in the charging station and immediately saw the LED flash, so I figured it was coincidence. The same day after. A fully charged battery lasted for one workout, after which it completely asserted itself. And now they don't load at all, no light, nothing. I tried several USB chargers to rule out the problem. I've contacted Jaybird and haven't heard anything yet and found on their community forums online that MANY people were having the same issue. For the price of these headphones, that's FUN. Spend your money elsewhere for a more reliable product and brand.
