***UPDATED REVIEW I was contacted by the company saying the shipping problem wasn't their fault and I contacted Revain which I did and with a great deal helpful lady who sorted things out for me. Shipping took another 5 days but yesterday we finally received it and I am very happy with it. With a little guidance my 9 and 7 year olds were able to put it together and my toddler loves it! She only played it for an hour when it first appeared 😊 It's very powerful, I don't see any problems with it. The plastic hardware connecting the upper stabilizers ripped or ripped the moment we tried to tighten them, but I just taped them down. As for the product itself, I am satisfied with our purchase. ***I ordered this item a few weeks ago and had to wait a bit for it to finally ship. When it got here one of the bars was wrong so I couldn't assemble it and had to contact customer service. After 2 days of email correspondence I was told they didn't have a replacement part and I would have to return it and contact Revain to order a new one. I did and again waited a week for them to even send a new one. I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever get it. From a product point of view it seemed amazing and just what I was looking for. It seemed durable and the mesh in particular was nice and thick, the last type I bought (from another company) was very thin and tore quite easily. It was easy to assemble. If all poles were connected. Despite all that, I'm looking forward to getting a new one and trying it out. I want to give a better rating once this is fixed.
