Broke on first day of use

I wasn't expecting high quality from such a cheap pair of scissors but was disappointed that they lasted a day. Sorry I can't leave feedback for the seller. I would rather speak to him directly than write a bad review. I'm wondering if it's worth going to a UPS store to return a $3 product. Update: I have an option to replace the item or get a refund. Great politics. Although I wasn't happy with the quality of the product, I was very happy with the return options. Thank you! Upgrading my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
