Review on Car vacuum cleaner BLACK+DECKER PD1200AV, gray by Jnis Kokins ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

I have a vacuum cleaner of the same type black decker, but the previous model, form factor and all attachments, filter, body, etc., are exactly the same. Unless there is more gloss and the power button is different. I have been using it for over 5 years! Once again I will add: it is battery-free. The battery has the following drawback: Well, you charged it from the mains, and that every time you take it home with you after cleaning? If rechargeable, be sure to see that the cord is included if you do not want to wear it all the time. Yes, and in the winter you can’t leave a fashionable battery in a car, it’ll just die) Be sure to shake the filter well each time you clean it of dirt. At least once a year or two, remove and clean the silicone seal between the lid and container body. If possible, wipe the case from the inside with a damp cloth. Dust can accumulate in it, as in all conventional vacuum cleaners. Thus, you want to carry out a general cleaning: a definitely normal home or special vacuum cleaner. If you have accumulated crumbs from food, foliage, dust has accumulated, for example, at the bottom of the back, and other similar and simple things: black decker is a worthy option.

Pros
  • Compact and easy to use. The set of nozzles is perfect: a wide brush with folding bristles, a narrow long one, what else do you need? They made their way to all places in the cabin and trunk. The pile at the brush was half crumpled after 4-5 years. Because I use them, I think it's very normal. I'll use it for another 2-3 years and maybe replace it.
Cons
  • Like all batteryless or car vacuum cleaners, it is certainly rather weak. Picks up crumbs and dust from seats. Hair with difficulty, but bristles will help. But the crumbs, small pebbles that have crept into the pile under the rubber mat and in the area of the pedals can no longer be overcome. True, they are not immediately collected by a conventional 800w vacuum cleaner. Also, the cigarette lighter plug can be a bit stiff Over time, I agree, it can get a little dusty, but the main reason is the ingress of dust between the seals during operation. See care above.
