I liked that we didn't have to manually add each user to the system. It was easy to set up and get started with. The best thing about this service is that it keeps our customers information in one single place for all people who use our apps and services. The only problem we had was that sometimes the pop-up ads were really annoying. In some instances they would take you out of what you were doing and interrupt your train of thought. We solved our problem by creating separate profiles within the app. This way if someone wanted to view their own information then there was no need to be distracted by others or advertisements. This helped us solve our problems and continue to keep our customers happy.
