Just arrived. Delivery was quick. Ordered on Sunday, arrived next Tuesday. This was purchased for a friend and below is her review. I did quilling many years ago and decided to take up the craft again. This set is a good basic set for beginners. Lots of paper strips. The slotted/embossed tool is a little flimsy for those with hand/finger grip issues but feels like a solid tool. A needle tool may have a thinner needle shaft and thicker handle, but overall it's a good solid tool. The quilling comb also looks durable. (I had a year ago when the prongs fell out on first use). This one seems strong. After some use I will update this review if necessary. The dome shape is made of hard (doesn't feel brittle) plastic, works very well (it's better than twisting by hand and the coil will fall apart if you push it too hard). The glue bottle can be a little tricky to fill (I had a small funnel for filling purse sized perfume bottles so I used that and it worked great). So far everything is working fine. The bottle just feels soft (for lack of a better term). The circle shape pattern seems to be put together nice and solid, love that there is a nice stitch pattern on the back.
