Nice bag, crappy shoulder strap
Nice bag that looks exactly like the picture. It's the perfect size for my needs and it arrived on time. My only issue is that the SHOULDER STRAP which is ESSENTIAL for me IS NOT ADJUSTABLE AT ALL and the strap is too long for my size. So I ditched the strap and carried it by the short handles, which is a disadvantage when carrying other bags such as tote bags, gym bags, etc. Although the bag is 100% worth its price, I hesitate to buy it again.
