Ideal over a tank top or t-shirt. These are summer zippered weights. not too thin, definitely not like a sweatshirt. It was exactly what I was looking for right after the surgery. Easy to put on and not hot. The sleeves are long enough to cover most short sleeve t-shirts. I love it. It shrinks a bit in the washing machine and collects some fluff on the black. Ten green hooded. I like the dark gray flash. It's a nice touch for both of you.
