These are great shoes for running and exercising. Bought specifically for the gym. I have road and trail running shoes. I needed something lighter than my running shoes. They look great and have support for your feet. I wear 8, I bought 8, I can't wear athletic socks with them, they don't fit, I bought lined socks and it works. Super light for my travels, which I also love. the only thing is that the tongue sits high and tight on the leg, i take it off right after wearing it. I have high arches and maybe that's why
