Used it 2 times over the summer holidays, just charged it and tried it on my Christmas tree. Now the photo won't print and the reason is "the photo could not be taken". I didn't buy a warranty which is my fault but there is no other way to fix this than to buy a new one. I couldn't find how to contact the seller. At the moment, the return period for my order is already more than 30 days. Spent $120 on some instant photos. Please contact me to resolve this issue. ----------------Updated I contacted Kodak support directly and they replaced the camera with a new one. I appreciate it and am changing the star to 3! Good customer support from Kodak but the fact that this camera didn't work after double use doesn't change anything.
