I like that it is easy to use for employees and helps keep track of their time. It also allows you to assign tasks to them which they can easily see in their calendar. I dislike that sometimes things don't go as planned and my employee has forgotten about something or taken longer then expected to complete something. A lot of times, if you have not set expectations correctly with your employee, they will forget what they were supposed to be doing and end up being late or forgetting. This allows us to keep track of our employee's productivity and how much we need to pay them.
