I bought this 'dreamy' decoration for future parties with friends and family. This is a DIY (do it yourself) project. I took the thread and cut it in half. According to the instructions, I tied him between two chairs. As in the photo, I tied 8 strips of each color to the thread. I wanted to show what it looks like before I end this all.
