I bought these for my scout Webelos 2. He wears a hard 10 so I bought it. I knew the length would be quite long based on the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised to find the adjustable ankle straps. Pants suit him perfectly now! Unfortunately I had to buy a size smaller as they run large. I have no regrets as he can grow into her! It also comes with an adjustable strap sewn on one side and a 36 inch ruler on the other. I would buy them again.
