Review on 📸 Canon PowerShot A490 10.0 Megapixel Digital Camera with 3.3x Optical Zoom and 2.5-Inch LCD Display by Adam Gardner

I love to take pictures. I'm not the type to have cameras that cost $$$$ because I'm a broke college student, not that I don't want any. When my last camera broke while on holiday (yes, not such a happy thing) I ended up in the market to buy a new one before my school trip to Europe. I didn't want a camera that would draw a lot of attention on tour, but I wanted something that could take a decent picture, oh, and something that wouldn't break the bank. My brother has this camera and when I found it on Amazon for such a good price I bought it. This isn't a fancy camera, so don't expect it either. However, it takes great pictures for what it is and I would say better than I expected, especially for the price. I used to use my brother's camera and found it very easy and got some good shots with it. My own A490 was no different. I have taken many pictures with this little camera and they come out amazingly well. Sometimes when I'm moving the camera too fast or the lighting is particularly weird the picture isn't great, but usually a slightly different angle will do and I don't jerk the camera around just to look at the picture I took. : Small enough to fit in my pocket and not so conspicuous that it could be stolen. I've had a lot of feedback on the quality of the photos taken with this little camera. I used to have a better weapon, so the difference in stats was a bit disappointing at first, but I figured out how to handle it. offers the A490. It sometimes takes a bit longer to come back to life after the capture (due to flash charging and processing time), but I was able to work around this by partially pressing the 'Create' button. I left this at 4 stars because I don't always trust 5 star reviews (because I think they are biased). All in all, this is a very good little camera. Don't expect it to be bigger than it is and you will be pleasantly surprised and delighted with its performance. **As a side note, when I purchased this product it was priced at $60. to go shopping.
